Cinderella has a new box to destroy. We did cage cleaning yesterday and she's made good progress ripping the box to bring to a nest. Yesterday she buried Rosey who was sound asleep in the next hammock. She looked so confused when I woke her up for feeding time and she was covered in tissue paper and cardboard. Lol

Big and small! is such a gentle giant with and his brothers. I get asked often if dwarfs can live happily with standard big boys (or girls). The answer is definitely yes if properly introduced and monitored. You wouldn't want to put a dwarf in with aggressive bigger rats. That's why it's so important to ensure there's no behavior issues before putting them together in a cage.

The enchanting seeds are always a fan favorite.
The super cute little mushroom house is just adorable. Smokey the dwarf loves it.
Keenu and Ash are casting a spell to get all the treats and not have to share with their brothers. Lol
I forgot to get picture of the adorable purple fairy hammock but Marshmallow is loving sleeping in it. Cant wait to see what theme is next! 😍

I totally forgot to post this from I think the box was. From July. Mr Kiwi got to enjoy opening a box all by himself. Spoiled little guy. He just loved all the summer time treats and started with all the others. I just love the cute little cookie designs crazy critter toys comes up with! ❤️

When the snacks are so good, you have to eat with your eyes closed. loves his snacks. Actually, he loves food. Period! Lol he's always enjoying his food to the fullest while closing his eyes.

Minnie is one of my favorite surrenders. Her and her sister Enid. She is the most motherly rat to all the girls but she's getting old. 🥺 She's just over 2.5 years now and in November she and her sister will have been here 2 yrs. Recently she had a small abcess on her belly and she started showing signs of infection so we started her on antibiotics. Minnie is the best medicine taker. She holds on to that syringe like it's the best thing in the world. She's now back to her energetic, food hogging self after a week. I wish I could clone her. She's the perfect combination of cuddly and playful. When you pick her up, she just nuzzles into the crook of your elbow or under your chin and bruxxes and boggles.

This month's Beach themed was another huge success. The girls absolutely loved everything in it. I shared some of the items with the boys. Mr Kiwi is the first and only rat to actually sleep in a teepee hide without "making DIY modifications" to it. This little potato is such a sweet boy.
