📣 No-Show, or shorting the booking, Policy Reminder

To provide the best service to all of our clients, we kindly ask that you respect our appointment schedule. We know life happens and things arise

Effective immediately, clients who do not show up or change their scheduled appointment without providing at least 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a no-show fee. Repeated no-shows will require prepayment before booking future appointments.

We understand that emergencies happen, and we’ll always do our best to be understanding when unexpected situations arise.
