❗️NEW POLICY❗️
It is with regret that we inform you of our new Cancellation and No Show policies, effective immediately.
As a small business, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and occasional oversights may occur.
However, last-minute cancellations can impact our operations and prevent other dogs from receiving grooming services.
To minimize this, we always send reminders 24 hours prior to all scheduled appointments. If you'd like us to call you instead of a text message, please let us know.
Our policies are as follows:
⚫️Cancellation/Rescheduling⚫️
Please provide at least 24 hours or day before notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated last minute cancellations may result in a $15 charge on your next service.
Excessive actions may lead to removal from our schedule.
⚫️No Shows⚫️
1st time - It's fine, we'll let it slide.
2nd time - 50% charge of the full grooming service.
3rd time and more - 100% charge of the full grooming service.
In extreme cases, we may need to decline future services.
**The month of December will have an automatic charge. unless of a medical emergency.
