Heel N' Go is a small in-home business dedicated to helping you and your dog have a better relationship built on understanding and communication. My name is Emily and I am the owner and trainer at Heel N' Go. I have always loved animals and from a young age knew I wanted to work in the animal care field I ended up going to Durham College for a general Animal Care program and became a certified An

imal Care Attendant. During my time in the program, I took an interest in the Animal Behaviour course, one of the hardest but most interesting courses in the program, and knew that was the route I wanted to take in my career path. Following my graduation, I got a job as a Kennel staff gaining experience on how to handle all different breeds of dogs with varying personalities and behaviours. With the help of a head trainer, I later transitioned into a trainer myself. With 5 years of experience under my belt and feeling like I had learned all I could from the other trainers, it was time for me to move on.
