Good Afternoon, the time is come to write this heartfelt note with tears in my eyes. First of all I would like to thank each of you for allowing me the opportunity to look after your beloved horses over the years. There were good times, funny times and also some teary times. You all felt like a huge part of my extended family. It wasn’t a business to me, it was a labor of love. One that paid me each time I heard a whinny or a nicker or the thundering pound of horse hooves deep in my heart. It saddens me to leave the place that I called home, where I met my husband and soul mate, where we got married and where we spent the first years of our lives together. With every ending comes a new beginning and I’m looking forward to what the future has to offer. We have received a deposit on our house and Sunday will be my last day there. Burrland Farms Stables has no immediate plans to board horses in our new location. I hope to see you all Saturday or Sunday for a last chance and hopefully I will see you all again while passing through. ❤️❤️❤️

Burrland Farm Stables has availability for board. Run in shelter, miles of trails for riding, large indoor arena and customized care. We can arrange blanketing and farrier service. We provide unlimited hay and heated water during the winter months. Located in Nappan NS. Outdoor is $275 Indoor is $400 a month. If you don’t own your own horse but would like to ride, we also have a few horses for lease. Please contact Crystal for more information. 902 694 0462.

Christmas Parade 2021 was a huge success. I think it’s safe to say everyone had fun. To Michael and Harry… your always there to make everything run smoothly no questions asked. Duchess ; we promise that we won’t make you do anymore silly things. You have earned your retirement. You can spend your days being a horse and the odd trail ride. Your such a good girl! We are a small private horse boarding facility located on the outskirts of Amherst NS. We offer indoor and outdoor board. We have a barn with six spacious box stalls, outdoor run in and a indoor riding arena. The horses here live in a large herd but smaller turnout can be accommodated. Unlimited hay and fresh water provided. We also have a farrier on site. If your a outdoor enthusiast, there are kilometres of trails that run along side the Nappan River.
