🌟 Dear valued clients 🌟

🐾 I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to remind you of the importance of keeping scheduled appointments. When an appointment is missed without prior notice, it not only affects my schedule but also impacts other clients who are waiting for an available spot. Missed appointments have a significant impact on my schedule as I set aside that time specifically for you, and since I am now grooming full time - this is my only income. No show - No pay.. Which is why I am making these changes to my cancelation/ no-show policy.

🐾 I understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise, but I kindly ask that you inform me as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. A notice of at least 24 hours minimum before scheduled appointment time. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client and helps me manage my schedule more efficiently, and helps minimize the financial impact of "no-shows".

🐾 On that note, just a friendly reminder that I do charge a fee for your missed appointment. I now charge 100% of the appointment cost. Payments must be made before I am able to schedule your next appointment. I used to only charge 50% but since I started grooming full time , this is my only source of income now.

✨Satisfying de-shed✨

🐾 Layla is an 8yo German Shepherd and this was her first professional grooming! Don’t worry- she was maintained at home 😉

🐾 I don’t usually work on my knees, but since this was her first experience at a grooming salon, she was nervous on the grooming table. I just felt it was safer to have her closer to the ground to make her feel more comfterable as she received a much needed de-shed!

🐾 After the fur-nado hit my shop (A good blowout and deep brushing) Layla must have lost about half her body weight in fur and felt like a fresh new lady!

🐾 I just wanted to show you part of the de-shedding process to show how much undercoat can be impacted and not visible until you pull out a good shampoo/conditioner, a high velocity dryer and undercoat rake!

So let’s give your vacuum a break and book your de-shedding! 😉
