It’s another sunny Saturday!

Sometimes we have to save our dogs from themselves!

The reason dogs bask in the sun is no different then why people do. Yoda loves to sunbathe and I’ve often referred to his catlike tendencies when it comes to the heat, while Nanna & Rubi will typically find shade to rest in.

Kids & canines don’t always mix, but in most cases it’s an absolutely beautiful relationship.

Relaxed calm introductions are important to the dogs, as a child’s unbridled energy and erratic movements can initially cause distress and uneasiness from their unpredictability.

Teaching children how to interact with new dogs and be respectful at all times is important. The younger the child the more important it is to always supervise interactions and monitor play.
