We just wanted to make a post to remind everyone of some of our policies regarding payment times, missed appointments, etc.
• Payments are due the day of your appointment and $20 will be added each day the payment is late. If you’re unable to pay the day of, mention it to us prior to your appointment & we can work something out. Otherwise, the $20/ day late fee will be applied.
• If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be responsible for paying 50% of your appointment before we book your next.
• POTTY BREAKS: please do your best to allow your dogs to both p*e and 💩 before coming in the salon. We understand accidents can happen (from nervousness, anxiety, etc) but believe sometimes it could be prevented by quick potty breaks before coming in.
• We ask that you are no earlier than 5 minutes for your appointment drop off and no later than 15 minutes past pick up time. We only have so much space to safely accommodate multiple dogs.

We get how busy life can be and we will always be understanding, however, this is also how we pay our bills. Thank you so much for the ongoing support & love we’re consistently receiving from all of our clients. We appreciate and value all of you so much.

Hi 💌🐾
We just wanted to make a post regarding the rise in the amount of ticks this season. We’ve been seeing more ticks on dogs than we ever have in our salon; Indicating that this is a bad season for ticks and where we usually don’t see any.

We wanted to use this as an opportunity to remind everyone to check your dog over a little more than usual, to keep your dog treated for ticks (even in the winter), and to educate on how to remove a tick if one is found, as well as how to prevent them.

If you’re curious about tick treatments, we highly recommend “Nexgard Spectra” as a preventative against ticks, fleas & parasites. It’s a monthly treatment and can be purchased at your vet.

We love our clients so much & felt this information would be helpful in keeping all of our favourite furry friends safe & comfortable, even with the abundance of tiny creepy crawlers.
