We are currently experiencing every appointment based business’s worst nightmare: my ENTIRE calendar has deleted itself, with no backup! My
phone was being weird the night before last, so I turned it off and then on again. And apparently this is what happened. I will here on out be sticking to good old pen and paper 📝😓 if anyone out there had an appointment booked with me please reach out, if you haven’t already heard from me. I will be putting a hold on booking anything new until I can get this mess sorted out. Thank you everyone for your patience, understanding, and support ❤️

It's hot out folks!
Think it’s safe to leave your dog in the car for “just a few minutes”?
Think again.

🐶 Dogs don’t sweat like humans. They overheat fast.
☠️ Heatstroke is life threatening and can happen in minutes.
🪟 Cracked windows don't help. Shade doesn't save them.
We will be out proactively patrolling Langley parking lots to help ensure that no dogs are in dangerous situations. If they can’t come out of the car with you, they’re safer at home.

If you see a dog in a hot car -
📝 COLLECT info - licence plate, colour, make and model of vehicle, the address and the condition of the dog.
📞 CALL - LAPS at 604-857-5055, these are priority one calls for us. If after hours, please call the RCMP non-emergency line at 604-532-3200.
🔎 CANVAS - Try to locate the vehicle owner by searching the area. The faster the owner is located, the faster the animal can be removed from the dangerous situation.

Everyone meet Emmy! Emmy came in for a nail trim, and ended up getting a complete factory reset! Being unable to find a groomer, her fur became severely matted and needed to be removed. She was so very sweet and grateful to have her coat taken off. She will now be coming in on a regular grooming schedule, so everyone stay tuned to see this adorable girl’s coat grow back to its full health and glory 💖

Haven’t posted in a long time, and for that I apologize. But I HAD to share this wonderful baby Pepper with you all ❤️ things have been very hectic and busy but I am trying to make time to post cute dogs more often. I hope it brightens your day as it does mine!

TRIAL ADOPTION IN PROGRESS.

Frankie is a sweet natured, 8 month old neutered Sheltie looking for a forever loving home as soon as possible.

Frankie was surrendered to ElderDog with his sister Charlie but after a trail adoption we believe these siblings would do better if adopted independently.

Frankie is a gentle, calm pup who is curious and ready to learn about the world. He is an active, healthy boy up to date on all his Veterinary needs.

We are looking for an active family with a fenced yard to help Frankie reach his full potential.
