Hello everyone, I had to make this new business page as I don't know why but can no longer access my old one. Please be patient with me as I have to start over with my social account for my business 💕🐕 here is a recap on my policies.

Bugs!! Fleas, ticks and lice are all very common here in Alberta. Bugs can be picked up from so many places even if your pup doesn't interact with other dogs they can get Bugs in their yard from other wildlife such as birds, rabbits etc. I will not groom dogs with Bugs If your pup comes in and I discover they have any bugs they will be sent home not done and there will be a disinfecting fee along with a fee of any of the work that was completed. Disinfecting fee is $30 per dog. As after you get your dog I use high quality and professional grade cleaning supplies to clean the whole area. To prevent this from happening please keep your pup on preventative treatment which you can get from your vet.

Cancelation policy!!
I have a 48 hour cancelation policy so If you can not make your appointment I need a notice 48 hours before your appointment time. This is for working hours only. So if you text me on a Saturday or Sunday that will not be considered a cancelation for a Monday appointment as I am not working or available those days. Not canceling before 48 hours will result in a cancelation fee, If you cancel day of or no show it will be 100% cost of groom. This is how I make a living and pay my bills so I would really appreciate if everyone can follow this policy. If a emergency comes up there is always a Exception as I know things can happen.

To book a appointment please call or text me at 780 667 5683 I require your pups breed, weight and fur type. Sending a photo is always best so I can better give you a estimate. Currently booking into end of November. Please pre book appointments as spots fill very fast 🐕🐕💕

I offer all services including just nail trims if needed, teeth brushing, full grooms, deshedding, pet safe hair dying, and even nail polish 💓
