MEET SANDRA - bringing the calm to the chaos!!

We are so excited to expand our Platinum Team 🤎

Yoga has been part of Sandra’s life for more than 8 years, but reaching her 40s brought a new realization: strength matters too. That’s when she fell in love with Pilates and completed her training 2 years ago. Today, she brings the best of both worlds — the grounding of yoga and the strength of Pilates — to her classes, creating a space that is healing, empowering, and fun.

What’s most important to her is that students feel comfortable showing up just as they are. She believes Pilates and Yoga are for everyone — inclusive of every body type — and her goal is to create a welcoming space where people can feel strong, supported, and authentically themselves.

Living a holistic lifestyle, she’s passionate about movement as medicine. Off the mat, she’s a proud mom to 3 amazing daughters and dog-mom to two miniature Australian shepherds who keep her on her toes. Her teaching style is uplifting, encouraging, and a little playful — a reflection of how she lives her life.

🤎 How It Works: Platinum Pilates Commitment Challenge

This fall, we’re helping you *reset your routine* with our 8-Week Commitment Challenge — a simple, intentional way to stay consistent with movement and wellness as summer winds down.

1. Download the Weekly Tracker
Each week, save a blank habit tracker (print it or use it digitally). Circle which week you’re on.

2. Add Two of Your Own Habits
At the bottom of the tracker, you’ll find space to include two custom habits that matter to you. Maybe it's journaling, reducing screen time, or calling a friend — it’s your reset, your rules.

3. Check Off Your Habits Daily
You’ll see 6 pre-filled habits to guide your week — from showing up for class to staying hydrated or getting fresh air.

✅ Not every box needs to be checked every day.
🗓 Aim to complete each habit at least once a week — that’s already a win!

4. Stay Intentional
The goal isn’t perfection, it’s progress. Use this challenge to bring more intention into your daily life and build momentum for a strong start to fall.
