I really do hate posting these, especially since I haven’t been on here for a while 😅 I promise I’ll post a palate cleanser or two later this week to make up for it. 🛁
🐾 NO-SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICY 🐾
Effective April 10, 2025
We love your pups, but missed appointments has big effects on small business. All we ask is for a bit of communication but with an influx of complete no shows in the past few weeks, it seems it’s time for a policy update/reminder.
No-Shows:
Miss your appointment without notice? That’s a $50 no-show fee per pet.
(I saved that spot just for you! If you’re not going to use it, thats fine, just let me know so i can give it to someone that will.)
Late Cancels:
Need to cancel? No problem! Just give us 24 hrs notice.
Less than that = $30 fee per pet (unless it’s a real emergency, I’m not a monster)
Deposits:
🐾 New mobile clients pay the travel fee up front
🐾 Missed your last appt? You’ll need a deposit to rebook
🐾 Regular clients in good standing = no deposit needed (we love you!)
Running Late?:
🐾 Dropping off: 10+ minutes late and we may need to reschedule = cancellation fee.
🐾 Picking up: I give a time estimate at drop off and at least 30min heads up before your dog is done. For every 30min I have your dog after their appointment is over, there is an additional $30 daycare fee. (We only offer private grooms so this one is big and can affect later appointments. 1h+ and you will also be paying for the next persons groom and you better pray its not a Newfie)
🐾 Repeat Offenders:
2+ no-shows or last-min cancels? We may ask for prepayment or pause bookings.
We know things come up, but a quick text or call helps us so much! Communication is key to avoid extra fees.
