Another day passes and still Millburn hasn't found his purrfect match... He has been in our care for over 140 days!!

Milburn is a 2 year old Domestic Shorthair, with a very distinctive purrsonality. He is a classic mix of sweet and spicy. He'll reach his paws out of his kennel to grab your hands for some pets when you walk by. He demands to be loved when he wants to be loved. He's a total ladies man and gets along with all of the lady kitties.
He can get a little feisty, especially when he has lots pent up energy. He's a very active kitty, and loves to play. He'd play with his ribbon toys all day long if he could.
It breaks our heart to see such a special boy be over looked for so long. We know his purrfect match is out there, we just need to find them!

But we need your help! Please share Millburn, you never know when your share could find a lonely animal their purrfect match! ❤️❤️

🐾❤Dear Fort McMurray and Clients of WBSAH,

We wanted to update you on some recent changes at WBSAH.

After a lot of thought and consideration, we've decided that starting August 1st, 2024, we'll no longer be part of the on-call rotation for emergency veterinary services after hours. This change will allow us to focus on the well-being of our staff, which will allow us to continue providing the best care possible for our clients and pets of Fort McMurray during our regular business hours.

We want you to know that this decision wasn't made lightly. We truly value being here for you and your pets, and we believe that taking this step back will allow our clinic to maintain longevity and achieve a healthy work/life balance for our staff.

In moving forward with this difficult decision, in order to support the community and our clients, we are working with an Alberta based company, Animal Health Link. With AHL, our clients will be able to continue receiving afterhours triage advice from a Registered Veterinary Technologist within Alberta. This service will be available to our clients after hours meaning, weeknights, weekends and holidays. With that being said, we will be referring all after-hours emergencies to the following 3 specialty clinics located in the Edmonton area.
