We dressed and prepared for a rainy day, but look what happened! The Sun came out to play for Springfest in Stevensville. This was our first Event of the Season. Our Ponies had a wonderful day meeting some really great people. Thank You Youth Program Volunteers for EVERYTHING you do for The Rescues and Eachother 🫶

Meet Dolly, a new Resident at Last Chance Horse and Pony Rescue and Sanctuary. She is a Belgium Mare that once worked in the logging industry. Dolly has found her soft landing and is soaking up the love and attention from the Last Chance Volunteer Team.

Yesterday, April 11 2026 was National Pet Day! 🐾

We are bursting with gratitude for The Community for Animal Rescue (CIFAR) –
Our Rescues are living their best Sanctuary lives thanks to supporters like you. Your fundraising superpowers help organizations like ours give the Rescues care they deserve and ultimately keep them from being live-transported for slaughter.

We are elated CIFAR chose us for thier Annual Spring Fundraiser, in honour of The Year of the Horse. CIFAR arrived yesterday presenting Last Chance Horse and Pony Rescue and Sanctuary with a generous Donation for the Rescues.
