This week has had the highest highs and the lowest lows our lives. Last Monday we lost our baby Thor. He was the happiest, most loving dog I have ever met, and it's hard not having him beside me as I write this. He loved every one of you more then I think a human is capable of understanding. Every time someone walked in the door he would get so excited. After moving we started bringing him to a retirement home to fill the void of attention and he excelled at that too, because he didn't care who it was he was meeting he loved everyone regardless.
I can't undersell how much you all meant to him. One of my fondest memories is one day someone came to the store and when Thor went to go say hi to them they started swinging their small dog by his leash and screaming. They then went to social media to tell everyone Thor attacked their dog. Many of you commented that that was impossible and Thor would never do anything like that. I was so happy knowing that you guys were so confident in him and saw how amazing he was.

Then there's the high. Sunday morning at 10:22am our son Jason was born. I don't think I'll ever stop regretting Thor not being able to meet him, but Jason has made these hard times so much better. He's a great big baby at 10.0lbs and is doing extremely well. So far he's a very sleepy baby and doesn't cry very much, so fingers crossed it stays that way. It's still hard to believe we made something so beautiful and I can't wait to show him to the dogs and cats at home, they're going to be sooo excited.

I would like to thank all our loyal customers over these almost 10 years. It's because of all of you that we've been able to slow down enough to start a family. Your continued support is the reason that we've been able to start a family. And thank you to our employees for picking up the slack for us. You all mean the world to us.
