Hi Friends!!
I know a similar post like this is already pinned to the top of our page. But another very very busy Season is fast approaching so I like to put out another reminder.
Please make sure you are checking in with Reception BEFORE bringing in your dogs. This does unfortunately apply to everyone - frequent visitors, and first timers. There are many reasons for this request but the easiest one to explain is that our reception area is very small and some dogs just don't do well with other dogs or even other people. So for everyone's safety we hope to get you in the habit of checking in solo each time you come. It is also easier to go over contact info, feeding instructions, travel dates, etc. before you bring in your pet. The less time they have to wait in the reception area the better. : )
Even if you don't see a vehicle out front we still do hope you can understand this request is helpful to us and appreciated. 🤗
For food packaging, if at all possible, please try to avoid bringing BINS or bulky food containers. We just don't have the space for them. Ziploc bags are wonderful and we can even return them for future use. They come in all sizes. But at the very least even the original food bag is better than a bin. They can be placed on a shelf, where the bins can not.
If your pup is only coming for 2-3 nights it's also helpful if you can just put their food in ziplocs. No need to bring a scoop. We have lots of those in every measurement. If you have a funky measurement (like 5/8 or a little bit above 2/3 or a tiny bit under 3/4) 🤪 you can prebag each meal into ziplocs to make sure your pup is getting the correct amount each time.
Thanks everyone! We are looking forward to seeing you and wish you all a Healthy & Happy Holiday Season!!!
