Sometimes this job is about so much more than grooming — it’s about love, trust, and being there when it matters most. 🐾

Through shared tears, a dear client told me that due to unfortunate circumstances, she could no longer care for her beloved Shih Tzu. 💔 She asked if I might know someone who could offer her baby a loving home. I promised I would do my best.

Shortly after, I thought of another sweet client who had recently lost her own fur baby and was feeling that empty space only a dog can leave. 🕊️

Two hearts, both hurting, found comfort in each other. ❤️

Congratulations, Honey, on your new home. 🏡 I know you will be cared for dearly. I look forward to hearing how you’re settling in and seeing you at your next groom. ✂️🐶
