It seems to be a continuous experiment of trial and error to find ‘the perfect rabbit’ and though not all of my rabbits are labeled as ‘show quality’, they are all happy, healthy, and friendly, which make for great pets. Back at it again! Another incredible day at the rabbit show. So much fun catching up with friends, learning what we are doing well and what we need to improve in our herd, and enjoying yummy homemade food and desserts!

FCRBC did an incredible job putting on a spring show outside of their usual location. We even had perfect weather.

I accomplished one of my personal 2026 goals today, registering a stunning Black doe who I’m hoping to Grand this year. She’s definitely on the right track after today 🤞🏻

It’s been a long and busy winter! Now that spring has arrived, hibernation mode has ended and we are beginning to welcome lots of babies, including 2 of our own!

We enjoyed some family time this morning cleaning out the “duck barn”, where my quarantine cages are located, in preparation for the show rabbits after the Rockton show next weekend.
