If you suspect or know your pet has fleas, please do not bring them into the building until they have been treated. Fleas spread fast and can easily hitch a ride onto other pets, our staff, and our facility.
If you need advice on effective flea treatments or need to reschedule an appointment while you tackle a pest problem, just give us a call! We're always happy to guide you on the best steps to get your pet flea-free and comfortable again.

Hi everyone,

I want to extend a sincere apology for any recent last-minute cancellations. I know your time is valuable, and I never like having to change appointments unexpectedly.

Right now, I am dealing with some health complications which are accompanied by extreme bouts of pain that are absolutely debilitating and that require frequent doctor visits and medical attention. Because of this, there will be more last-minute schedule adjustments in the near future while I get things sorted out.

Thank you so much for your ongoing grace, patience, and support—it means so much to me!

We are reiterating our salon policies regarding safety, coat condition, and shop conduct:

If a dog’s behavior poses a safety risk, the service will be stopped immediately.

We will stop the appointment immediately if a dog has any open or leaking wounds or sores on their body. As that is a safety risk.

Severe matting requires extra time and specialized care. If we are not notified in advance, we may not be able to proceed with the appointment as scheduled.

We cannot and will not accept dogs sprayed by a skunk due to facility contamination risks.

Please Note: If we are unable to perform a service due to any of these policies and a client responds with rude, disrespectful, or abusive behavior, they will be immediately terminated as a client and asked to seek services elsewhere.
We work hard to care for your fur babies, and we ask that our boundaries and safety protocols be respected in return.

To better serve our community and maintain a sustainable pace for the shop, I am officially shifting my focus away from grooming Shih Tzus, Malteses, Pomeranians, and Yorkies.
As my client list has grown, the demand for specific services has evolved. Maintaining a daily schedule heavy on high-maintenance coat prep, dematting, and continuous line-brushing required for these particular toy coats limits the number of individual, low-stress appointments I can offer clients each day. To be completely honest, I just don't have the time to meet the huge amount of people wanting to book in right now. Grooming Yorkies, Malteses, Shih Tzus, and Pomeranians takes up a massive chunk of time that I just can't invest in my schedule at the moment. Because of the time required to groom these specific breeds, I am officially full and will not be accepting new clients for Yorkies, Malteses, Shih Tzus, or Pomeranians right now.

I truly appreciate everyone reaching out and supporting me, and thank you so much for understanding!

And that’s a wrap on a short but busy week! 🐾✨

I am officially hitting pause for the next 12 days to unplug, recharge, and soak up every single second with my husband and my 3 sweet boys before the back-to-school rush begins.

To make the most of this uninterrupted family time and focus on making memories, I’m leaving my phone on silent. If you send a message, inquiry, or booking request while I’m away, please know I’m not ignoring you—I will get back to everyone as soon as I’m back!
