🐾 Circle it, star it, set a reminder — this one’s special 🐾

We’re partnering with the North Bay Humane Society for a weekend that could change a life — maybe even yours. HSNB has spent nearly 40 years as a no-kill shelter, giving lost, abandoned, and surrendered dogs and cats a second chance at everything: medical care, vaccinations, and love, while they wait for the right person to walk through the door.

This weekend, that person could be you. 💛

🗓️ SAT, SEPT 12 → 9AM–5PM
🗓️ SUN, SEPT 13 → 10AM-1PM Adoptions continue for any sweet faces still waiting

Every dog, puppy, cat, and kitten here is hoping this is the weekend their whole world changes — and honestly, ours might too.

Not ready to adopt? Come anyway. Some snuggles are worth showing up for on their own, and we’ve got plenty of other fun in store. 🐶🐱

This gorgeous 4-month-old Weimaraner came in for the full new-puppy treatment recently — bath, treats, tag, and food, all the essentials for a furbaby just starting out in the world. 🛁🦴🏷️

But can we talk about those eyes for a second? Lyvie’s got the most stunning blue eyes we’ve ever seen, and she clearly knows it — she showed up in a harness that matched perfectly. A girl who dresses to match her own eye color? Icon behavior. 💙👀

Weimaraners are known as the “Grey Ghost” thanks to their sleek silver-grey coat, and those famous blue-grey eyes are a signature trait of the breed (they often shift to a striking amber or grey-blue as puppies grow into adults). Originally bred in Germany as versatile hunting dogs, Weimaraners are smart, athletic, and famously loyal — they bond hard with their people and love being right by their side.

Meet Remy 🐾 10 weeks old, all ears, eyes, and extra skin he hasn’t grown into yet — but give him time, he’s got a LOT of growing left to do! He stopped by the store recently to pick out his very first name tag, and let’s just say those puppy eyes could’ve talked us into giving him the whole store. 😍

Fun fact: Great Danes are one of the fastest-growing dog breeds on the planet, some can gain up to 100+ lbs in their first year alone! So enjoy the floppy, oversized-skin puppy phase, Remy — it doesn’t last long. 🐶💙

🐾 Meet Mango! 🐾

This 6-year-old superstar stopped by recently for a self-serve dog wash, and she came fully prepared — rocking her Happy Hoodie to keep those precious ears dry and protected like the pro she is. 🛁💓

And in case you didn’t notice… yes, Mango is a tripod! This girl gets around on three legs and absolutely does not let it slow her down. She rolled in with all the confidence in the world, ready for her spa day, because Mango doesn’t do anything halfway. 🐾✨

We love seeing you, Mango — you make bath day look easy!

We’re so excited to be teaming up with the North Bay & District Humane Society for a huge adoption event right here in our store! Starting Saturday, September 12th at 9am, our doors will be open for you to meet adoptable cats and dogs looking for their forever homes 🐶🐱💕

A little about our partners: the North Bay and District Humane Society is Northern Ontario’s largest animal welfare organization, founded in 1954, and upholds the mandate of the Ontario SPCA . They provide a multi-pronged approach to animal welfare including animal shelter and control, pet adoptions, a low-cost high-volume spay/neuter clinic, and animal rescue and transfers — doing incredible work for pets and families across the region 🙌

This is going to be a special one, and you will NOT want to miss it. Stay tuned to our socials — we’ll be dropping more details every week leading up to the big day! 👀✨

🐶🎉 PUPPY OVERLOAD ALERT 🎉🐶

Everyone meet Bodhi — a 4 month old English Bulldog with big dreams and an even BIGGER chew. 😂 This little guy strutted through the store, sniffed out the Open Range Full Length Bulls Tail, and that was that. No negotiating. He was NOT leaving without it.

We mean… look at the size of this thing next to him?! 🤣 That tail is basically the same size as Bodhi himself and he could not be prouder hauling it around.

Fun fact for you 🧠 these full length bull tails can stretch up to 2 feet long are 100% pure beef, all natural, and packed with protein to support healthy muscles, teeth, and gums. Basically the chew equivalent of winning the lottery if you’re a bulldog puppy.

Congrats on your haul, Bodhi. We’ll see you back here in about… a month? 😹🦴
