We are getting Medieval here at Grand River Reptiles!!!!! Make sure you come see us Saturday, Downtown Fergus, for the Medieval Faire. Say hello to me and my dragons. We will be located behind the library. Fun for the entire family with archery, fight the knight, travelling pickle vendors, and much much more.

The draft Animal Control By-law is looking to update and standardize exotic pet by-laws, including the list of prohibited animals. The schedule of prohibited animals has been outlined in draft format (Schedule A to the By-law). *Please note, the updated by-law does indicate that any existing prohibited animals in the township, may be grandparented and kept by the existing owner, pending the owner provides information for a register until such time as the animal dies or permanently leaves the township.

Grand River Reptiles is doing an open show at “This Wee Space” Downtown Fergus. Come and meet Kodi the Tegu, Steve the Savanah Monitor, Charlotte the Tarantula plus a few more of my reptile friends. Admission is 10$ which includes my 90 minute show and the additional activities that “This Wee Space” has to offer. Our season officially kicks off tomorrow with a free, open show for the residents of Carressant Care Fergus. Come say Hi to a senior citizen and maybe pet a Tegu. We’re there from 1-3 on the front lawn.
