*💥Important Scheduling Update Effective June 1st💥*

As the busy season continues to ramp up, we are making a few adjustments to scheduling in order to better accommodate our growing client base while maintaining availability throughout the week.

Beginning June 1st, weekend appointments (Saturday & Sunday) and emergencies will be considered limited premium booking availability and will include an additional $50 scheduling fee — unless waived for large groups or out of town work. After hours (after 7 pm) weekday requests will include an additional $25 scheduling fee. Keep in mind every second Saturday is already taken up by a second part-time job in Peace River.

Weekday appointments will remain the standard scheduling option and are strongly encouraged whenever possible.

As always, we will continue trying our best to coordinate appointments by area and travel routes to keep scheduling efficient for everyone.

We sincerely appreciate everyone’s continued support, patience, and understanding as the business continues to grow!

☀️ JUNE AVAILABILITY ☀️
The schedule will be updated and travel dates are still to be determined. June is almost full, with a wait list. Please be patient as our workload is quite heavy now and we are trying our best to coordinate bookings, times and dates. ❌ means those days are FULL or unavailable as I am working at the store.

As of June 1st weekends are only available via premium bookings or emergency at an additional $50/appointment. Weekday appointments are still strongly encouraged.

Clients in other towns waiting for travel dates are on a list and will be contacted as soon as possible.

🎆 BOOKING INTO JULY 🎆
With a large influx of new clients requesting appointments over the weekend, and now that busy season has fully commenced, we are currently booking into July. A schedule will be posted tonight and a cancellation/wait list is now in order.

PR/GP/GC trips TBA

To maintain work/life balance, a second job, and assist lesson students at horse shows on weekends, appointment availability will be limited.

REMEMBER:
☀️ Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice and will require a fee to be paid if 24 hours is not met. Weather conditions and booking changes is at our discretion.
☀️ Appointment bookings require 48 hours notice. Emergency and weekend call-out fees will be implemented June 1st at an additional $50/appointment, as well as a weekday after hours fee of $25/appointment will apply any time after 7 pm.
☀️ Please re-book at the end of your appointment to stay on schedule.
☀️ Due to increase in fuel, travel prices are firm.
☀️ Cash is still our preferred method of payment. E-transfer accepted and invoices available and must be paid at time of service.
