Are you moving up in your riding journey but not ready to say goodbye to your trusted equine partner? We’re currently looking for a horse and a large pony to welcome into our program on a full-care lease — and we'd love to give your mount a meaningful new job!
We're seeking safe, steady, and kind horses/ponies who are confident bringing along beginner to intermediate riders, from learning to post to developing canter skills. Experience over small courses is a bonus, but not a dealbreaker — most important is a good brain and generous heart.
This is a fantastic opportunity if you have a quality, well-loved mount who thrives with consistency, attention, and regular work — but is currently sitting idle.

Millar Brooke Farm is hiring a full-time show groom to start immediately. The home base of professional FEI riders as well as a number of top junior and amateur riders, Millar Brooke Farm is one of the most successful programs in show jumping history. Located in picturesque Perth, Ontario, Millar Brooke Farm is a world-class training facility with the requisite amenities to produce top jumping horses and riders. ISO: Project Horse/large pony for Talented Teen Rider – Safe, Sound, and Sweet!

Looking for a project horse for a dedicated and talented teen rider. We’re seeking a horse that is:

Age: Ideally between 3–10 years old 14.1-15.2
Training: Must be backed and going walk/trot; green is perfectly fine. Learning to canter is a plus.
Temperament: Safe, kind, and sensible — no dangerous behavior.
Potential: Should have potential for lower-level hunter/jumpers and some dressage showing.
This horse will have a loving, knowledgeable home with regular training and care. Budget is mid-high fours.
