We just returned from the Twin Hills Cattle Dog Trial hosted by Caitlyn and Kirk Mastad out of McCord, SK.
It was a national finals calibur field with great cattle to run on. Thank you for all of your hardwork.
We had some great runs and I had some humbling runs, but any day working dogs is better than none.
Very proud of our young dog Will ( Milts Bob x Wurz’ Kate). He placed 3rd on day 1 and 1st on day 2. He walked away with the Nursery Aggregate for the weekend.
Pearl placed 5th on day 1 and second day 2 which resulted in winning third overall in the open.
My little buddy Dean ( owned by Jamie Wagner) placed 7th in open day 1 and 3rd in open day 2. We were fortunate enough to walk away with the stockmanship award for the weekend, which is such a honour within itself.
