The harsh reality of farming is, not everything goes to plan.
Unfortunately we lost our doe Latte on Monday, leaving behind 3 day old triplets. Everything seemed ok. She was a 3rd freshener, kidding was textbook with all 3 coming out correct and she required no assistance, everything happened without an issue, or so it seemed. Monday morning she was fine, eating her grain, feeding her kids, it seemed normal. Before we knew it she was gone.
I've questioned over and over and over, what did I miss? How could I have prevented this? Why? How? I don't have all the answers.
Rest in peace sweet girl, you will be forever missed ❤️❤️❤️
A quick thank you to everyone who jumped in to help me this week, I was short on hands, time and supplies and I am so thankful for this amazing community of support I have. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your help!
