Shortie here was suffering from a condition known as entropion, where the eyelid turns in causing irritation of the eye and in Shorties case also gave him an ulcer in his left eye.

Dr. Chidiac got him all fixed up with "cosmetic surgery" and now he is living his best life free from eye irritation, we love you Shortie ❤️

Why 4DX tests are important:

Pictured here is a 4DX test for a patient that recently tested positive for Lyme disease - this is a preventable disease, and is treatable when it is caught early. Rarely, it can lead to potentially fatal Lyme nephritis (kidney failure).

We recommend for clients to get their pets tested yearly so that we can treat it appropriately before your pet begins to show symptoms which can include but are not limited to:

Lameness
Fever
Lethargy and loss of appetite
Difficulty breathing
Sensitivity to touch

The 4DX test also checks for heartworm (spread by mosquitos), and tick-borne diseases anaplasmosis and ehrlichiosis - all of which need to be investigated further if found
