I have spoken with a K9 Recovery Professional and we have a plan in place to catch this pupper.
I ask again that you report any sightings directly to myself so I can know what areas he is frequently visiting.

DO NOT TALK TO HIM. DO NOT WHISTLE AT HIM. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CATCH HIM. Any of those acts may cause him to leave the area.

Also do not feed him. Feedingnhim strategically is partner the plan to catch him.

Good information for all dog owners. This is something we deal with very often as dog groomers. Most people consider the "ideal weight" dog to be underweight and the "overweight" as ideal.

Its a touchy subject but an overweight dog is at higher risk of health issues, joint issues and a shorter life span. Also they are more difficult to groom and grooming can be harder on them since they have to stand for extended times and be moved in ways that can be uncomfortable because of the excess weight.

We all want to spoil our puppers and give them treats and even people food but consider the fact that doing this can mean you have less time with them in the long run.

Spoil them with hugs, walks and activities instead ❤️

Update:
It looks like another rescue was able to make room for this girl and her soon to be babies. We are no longer seeking foster placement for her.

🙏🏻 Urgently seeking whelping foster home!
This sweet gal is pregnant with 10 babies and has been left unclaimed in the Edson pound.
Her legal hold is up, she is due to deliver in about a week and she needs a warm, soft place to lay her head and raise those pups!. Are you able to give this gal a peaceful warm spot to raise her pups? - Please complete the attached foster form.

Let’s get this girl out of the stressful, noisy pound and into a loving foster home!
