It is with heavy hearts that we announce that Vet ER will be permanently closing our doors as of Friday, October 17, 2025, at 7:00 p.m.

This has been an incredibly difficult decision for our team. We are so grateful to have had the privilege of serving the pets and families of Edmonton and the surrounding communities over the years. 🐾

To our amazing clients, thank you for trusting us during your pets’ most urgent and vulnerable moments. Your support, kindness, and loyalty have meant the world to our team. ❤️

If you would like to obtain your pet’s medical records, please email us at [email protected] and we will be happy to send them either to you directly or to your primary care veterinarian.

🚨 LOST DOG – PLEASE HELP 🚨

A dog has gotten loose as she was entering our clinic today and we are asking for the community’s help in bringing them home safely.

📍 Last seen: Running along an alley beside yellowhead trail and 97st street, into the Delton neighbourhood

🕒 Time: ~9:45am

🐾 Description: Black and Tan Shepherd mix. Has her orange harness and leash on.

🐶 Name: Periwinkle or Perry

If you see this dog, please do not chase (they may be frightened and could run farther). Instead, call us immediately at 780-474-0427 or message us here so we can help guide them back safely.

As July is approaching, we have a few updates!

1️⃣ This is our LAST Saturday. We will officially be closed Saturdays for the summer!☀️🏖️

2️⃣ We are open Monday June 30, and CLOSED Tuesday July 1 for Canada Day!🇨🇦

3️⃣ If you need food or medication before Wednesday, please phone us TODAY. We will be placing an order today that will arrive Monday. The next order will not come until Wednesday July 2.🛍️
