✨✨ PRETTY, PALOMINO, PINTO FOR SALE!!✨✨

Penelope is a 2016 grade palomino pinto mare (she has pinto papers, but were lost - owner is in the process of getting new ones for her). She stands at about 15hh.

She is started under saddle and has been sat on with one ride on a line and one ride solo in an indoor arena (NO trial rides due to her very green status). She saddles and bridles well, can be cinchy (she rushes forward/freezes when cinched up the first time, fine once walked out) can be hard to catch, but will come for a treat and has been doing a lot better about being caught recently. She ties, cross-ties, and bathes. Lunges, ground drives, and been sacked out. Handles new situations decently. Good for vet and farrier. UTD on teeth, Farrier and vaccines. Lives in a group; can live alone.

Her sires lines are posted below. Dam was a registered QH, but papers were never received.

Penelope will remain in training until the end of the month, and can be sold with an additional month of training on her.

I am delighted to announce that bookings are now open for my training programs for the remainder of the year.

These programs encompass c**t starting, groundwork, miles, and conditioning, as well as consignment services for horse owners looking to sell.

My current availability includes:
1 space for July (with a preference for groundwork or miles)
2 spaces for August
3 spaces from September onward. My training programs are designed to accommodate horses of all ages.

Located near Morinville/Bon Accord, I also provide training and lesson services at your location.

Here's a little 2025 update:

I have officially moved from the Sherwood Park area to the Sturgeon County area. I WILL still service Sherwood Park (and other areas), but my home base is now in Sturgeon County.

I am expanding my knowledge by taking lessons and working alongside other trainers and couldn't be happier with where I am headed.... unfortunately I had an incident that landed me in the hospital on Feb 19.

This incident ended up fracturing my back and preventing me from riding until at least June 1. For now, I am not taking on any horses until at least June 1st in order to heal properly and fully and be at full strength to make sure each and every horse gets proper time and training when with me.

I hope my clients understand my choice and appreciate the time to heal.

Zephyr is an 8 year old Grade gelding we believe is an Arabian cross. He is broke walk, trot, canter in an indoor and outdoor arena. He has been exposed to obstacles and jumps in hand and handles new situations well. He is started with lateral work. He stands approximately 14.2hh and has a slender, but sturdy build (I am 5'11" and ride him with ease). Zephyr will be exposed to trails as soon as time and weather permits - we also have plans to take him to a small local show for some offsite, show exposure. He has seen the barrel pattern as well.

He is currently in part time training with myself and his price will increase as training progresses.

Zephyr would make a fantastic gymkhana mount, endurance mount or all round mount. Zephyr has smooth transitions from every gait and a canter you could ride all day (smoothest canter I've ever ridden).

Zephyr is UTD on vaccinations, Farrier and vet work. He stands good for the Farrier. Ties, cross ties. I haven't trailered him since he arrived, but he loaded and hauled well when he did.

Zephyr is good with other horses and is usually lower in the pecking order. He is good to catch.

Zephyr can be cinchy, but if you go slow he is fine -- he is getting better with this every ride. He is also not a fan of water, but is being worked with on it.

He is priced at $6500 obo and his price will increase with training.
