Moira Mullberry has not had anyone apply to foster or foster to adopt her ?

She is 4 year old spayed Great Dane cross , medium energy . Great with dogs , very friendly . Has met kids no problems.

Her only no is to cats and small pets .

I was adopted from the EHS but I am a cat who doesn’t like other pets at all. Zoe’s agreed to take me in when no other place could to help me find my true forever home.

What am I like?

Let me tell you!
I’m one stunning, sassy girl who knows what I want. I’ll let you know when it’s time to pet me or play with me. I enjoy attention but I’m not demanding about it at all. Although I’m a senior now, I still enjoy a good play session. I’m the quintessential calico girl who knows what I want, when I want it. Yes, I may be a princess, but I’m sure you’ll love me anyway.

How do I act?
I was rehomed due to not liking the resident cat and fighting with the dogs. It might just have been their personality that we didn’t mesh but to be safe, it’s best that I am an only pet. Some animals, like people, are introverts, and that’s ok to.

I would like a chill, laid back home that will let me settle in at my own pace. It may take me a bit, but boy do I really blossom and shine once I do.

My Health is Very Important!
I am fully vetted. I need at least one meal of wet food daily for hydration. Wet food is essential for kitties, so please ensure it’s included in my diet. Wet food is higher in protein and can be lower in carbs. It also provides added moisture, which is important, as dry-food-only-fed cats tend to be dehydrated, potentially leading to UTIs.

I first came to Zoe’s when my mom was attacked by the resident dog protecting us as kitten. She was too injured to care for us and Zoe’s agreed to take us all in to save us. My sister and I were adopted out but sadly returned through no fault of our own.

What am I like?

Let me tell you!
I’m one sweet cat who’s a morning person. I love to wake you up with purrs, doing biscuits on your chest while looking into your eyes. After breakfast, I do enjoy a morning cuddle. I generally tend to stay near you, finding a nice spot to sleep. Sometimes I’ll sleep by your legs, but other times it’s alone or with my sister. It’s important to show your love but not be too clingy; personal space is important after all. Though I will say I do enjoy attention, and if I think you’ve had too much screen time, I’ll come over and let you know. I can’t wait to find my forever home.

How do I act?
I must be adopted to a home with Sniffle as we are the bests of friends. We have been together for so long. We haven’t been around other cats for quite awhile so not sure how we would react to new kitties.

I might be a bit shy at first, but with treat bribery I do learn to trust fairly quickly. Treats go to your heart, not your hips. Or so I like to think anyways.

I am one stunning torbie who has a great personality. I enjoy sleeping between your legs on the couch or bed, but also will sleep off on my own or with my sister. I have quite the affectionate side when I want to be petted and will come to let you know it’s time. I generally will come and check on you throughout the day/night, just to see how your doing. Unlike my sister I am not a morning person and I prefer to come at night to see you.

How do I act?
I must be adopted to a home with Gurgle as we are the bests of friends. We have been together for so long waiting for our forever home and we’d love to find it together.

Remember sweet Marigold who needed to have a heart ultrasound? Well all your generous donations have made it possible and we now have her results! It's good news!! While she does have a minor ventricle defect, she does not require medication to treat it and she is strong enough for us to go ahead with her spay surgery next month! If any of you are interested in applying to adopt this sweet girl and add her to your family, please do! She would love to have an even happier ending to her rough start!

Once I’m comfortable, my sweet and playful personality really starts to shine. We are so lucky at Zoe’s to have a special team of amazing dedicated volunteers who build us top notch dog houses .

These doghouses change and save lives every year when the brutal cold Alberta winter hits.

They are delivered to remote communities with the deal that we also fix and vaccinate the dogs so no more litters or diseases !

To build these houses we need your help ! We need funding for the materials. The wood , the spray insulation , the straw . It all makes a
Cozy home for a dog in need !

Our goal is to fundraise $5000 by Nov 15 for our next project of 20 houses .
