There is a specific listing in my Etsy shop for USA customers only. In this listing, the 10% tariff and freight charges are included in the regular listing price of the collar so that all fees are prepaid prior to shipping. All Canadian and international customers can use the regular listing in my Etsy shop, which does not include the added tariff and freight fees.

Thank you to everyone for your patience while I navigated the tariff situation. I was able to find a provider that can calculate fees and allow for pre-payment of tariff and freight charges before shipping.

Thank you to everyone for their ongoing support during my my shop reopening, whether you are sending a sweet message or placing an order. I am still trying to navigate the US tariff and de minimis exemption situation so that I can resume shipping to the US again soon. It is very complicated and a huge headache for everyone involved.

Take advantage of my shop reopening and lower volumes! I have capacity to make and ship collars within 2-3 days!

Due to the recent tariff situation in the US requiring all duties and taxes to be paid prior to any outgoing packages being accepted at our local postal services, Etsy has suspended shipping label creation for packages being sent via Canada Post. We are temporarily unable to ship to the US until the postal services and Etsy are able to remit duties and taxes at checkout, prior to shipping the packages.
