A true dwarf Netherland Dwarf is the smallest breed of rabbit. (2-2 1/2 lbs grown)
Holland Lops are also a dwarf breed (a true dwarf being 2-4 lbs grown)

That being said breeding true dwarfs is difficult because you get peanuts (which have 2 copies of the dwarf gene and it's 100% fatal) and then there are false dwarfs, which get bigger than the allowed breed weight. So a true dwarf is going to be more expensive in general bc they're not as easy to produce
