My family has been trying to be more intentional about preparing modular meals, and I love it. It makes meal prep so much easier when we have a bunch of pre-made refrigerated or frozen meal components ready to just heat up and/or combine. ❤️ Have you tried the modular meals approach before? Today's lunch is composed of seasoned black beans, rice mix, squash puree, homemade meatballs (🤤), and a mix of chopped microgreens 🌱. All drizzled in dill infused olive oil. Soooo good! ❤️❤️❤️
