As everyone that knows Julia knows… she is the pickiest person. If she is not comfortable/doesn’t like it, she won’t use it! She fell in LOVE with these saddles. So that says A LOT!

We have a very special little mare available for half lease starting immediately!
Piper is the sweetest and most gentle soul in the barn. She is a complete packer, loves her job and is totally bombproof. She has shown in the 2’6 training and the cross rail division. She could also just as easily doing jumpers and would pack around!! She’s super easy at the shows, with no prep. She loves to jump and is super brave! We are hoping to find a new kid for her who wants to enjoy learning on a horse who will take care of them and who will want to join the show team!

JM Equestrian is growing and hiring! We are a hunter/jumper show barn located in Dunrobin, 15 minutes from Kanata North.

Ideal applicants have their own transportation, experience with hunter/jumper competition horses, and are detail oriented with a positive attitude.

We currently have several shifts available:

1. Weekend Full Day, Saturday and Sunday - Barn staff to help with daily operations of the farm. You will be responsible for everyday chores (Turn in/out, mucking, hay, grain, sweeping, cleaning, tacking up/putting horses away when needed, etc). Full day shifts are 7:00-3:00pm.

2. Weekend Half Day - Half day staff assist with turning in/out, mucking, hay, grain, sweeping and cleaning. Half day shifts are 7:00-12:00pm.

3. Week Day Half Day - A few week day half day shifts are also available. Same responsibilities as weekend half day shifts. Half day shifts are 8:00-12:00pm.
