Halloween Barrel Bash Draws 🎃

👻 everyone is encouraged to dress up or accessorize but it is not mandatory.

Any additions/changes going forward please message Alex directly. Please message Alex directly if you are a scratch.

Any helpers throughout the day to move barrels or help on the gate is greatly appreciated!

⚠️ please remember the EARLIER START TIME from most Dunmore jackpots so that the trick or treaters can get home at a good time 🥰

Schedule for Jackpot-
8am- Office Open
8am-9:45am - Open Riding with Barrels Up ($5 if doing barrel work) *please be respectful
9:45am - Arena Prep
10am - Jackpot Start Time (PW, Y, O, Exh)

💰CASH ONLY FEES - no etransfers.
PW- $10
Youth- $30
Open- $40
Exhibitions - $5 each
(small bills are always appreciated)

Youth: 3D 7/10 split
Open: 3D 7/10 split
1 run only, exhibitions available at the end

D Prizes to 3 spots in both the youth and the open as well! 👻 (you don’t have to be dressed up to win a D prize)

Our announcer and timer will be judging the costumes during the runs! So make sure if you want a chance at bragging rights and a prize for the best costume, you’re decked out for your run!

🚜There will be a big rake after the youth and half way through the open after run 30.

☀️There won’t be indoor warmups since the weather is looking to cooperate. The outdoor will be available for warmup. If the weather goes sideways, we will notify of a halfway warmup first thing in the morning.

🍔the Road Runner Smash n Dash smashburger food truck will be there to feed us lunch!

⚠️ if you have an anxious horse or one that kicks please do not leave it unattended in the tie area. PLEASE NOTE: Safety is the main priority. If you have a bold or intimidating costume please be mindful to others and their horses.

💵Payout and prizes for the youth will be done halfway through the open. The open will be done following the exhibition runs. Alex will get your payout and prizes to you if you need to leave early.

❗️The parking area is on the muddy side so please park smart, or on the west side of the outdoor.
