We love updates! 😻

Here’s one for our dear boy, Seamus who was adopted in 2021! Some of you will remember his handsome face, Seamus was known around WRHS as a true snuggle bug. Some things never change! 🤗

Seamus and his forever family moved to the coast where he gets to watch the island wildlife from the safety of a big sunroom! He sure looks like he’s living the dream. Congrats to you, Seamus! 💕

The last few photos are of Seamus when he was here at WRHS! We are so delighted for Seamus and wish him and his forever family nothing but the best. 🐾

This dapper gentleman, Watson is still looking for his forever home! 🎩

He’s a fantastic marmalade tabby that knows comfort when he sees it! You can always find Watson chilling in the weirdest places, as long as it’s soft, of course. His obsession with damp towels and countertops continues! Watson is soft like a teddy bear, his marmalade coat is always fluffy and freshly groomed. 🧸

Watson is only 2 years old and still adjusting to shelter life. We welcomed Watson to WRHS back in July and he’s been nothing but sweet! Watson is a mellow kitty who prefers being somewhere quiet. Although Watson is a bit reserved at first, that makes it so much more rewarding when he decides to curl up beside you.

Watson is looking for a patient forever family that will give him the time he needs to adjust. Once he feels comfortable, Watson is an amusing, upbeat, and carefree dude! 🐈

It’s Caturday, you know what that means…time for another cuddle puddle! 💕

As you can see, our feline friends are still loving their soft new beds. From left to right here we have: Bandit, Lala, Nash, Poh, Everly, Dipsy and little Milton down in the corner! ✨

For the second, we have fluffy little Murray, Franklin, Snickerdoodle, Madeline, and Ainsley! Somewhere between Murray and Franklin, our little black and brown kitty, Brownie is buried too! 😹

Queen Zelda of coziness loves her fluffy beds, quiet days filled with cuddles, and of course wet food (bonus points if it’s salmon)! November is Adopt a Senior Pet month and our 10 year old Zelda is looking for her forever home! 🐟

This senior sweetheart is the type of companion that doesn’t demand much, she’s just looking for someone she can snuggle up with on the couch that provides her with the stability and love she’s been wishing for. Zelda first arrived at WRHS in March, she was frightened and hardly moved from her litter box. Her whole life was turned upside down and despite it all, Zelda has worked hard to overcome it. ✨

We’re so happy to say that Zelda has shown immense growth, from cowering to being excited and vocal when humans enter her space! Our Queen Zelda deserves to spend her golden years away from the shelter, free to be the spunky senior lady she is. 😻

Bali is a busy guy, his schedule is filled with the masterful art of splooting, snoring like he pays the bills, offering the occasional well-timed, sassy side eye, and (as you can see) being a SUPER tolerant “big bro” to Bobby! 🌴

Bali is a goofy puppy who reminds us to not be so serious all the time! This goofball would make an incredible addition to any family, calling the shots or playing with other pups and dog-savvy cats! 🐕

This handsome wildcat has been enjoying his time with his lovely foster fam! Far away from the noise and quick pace of shelter life, Sheldon lounges on the sofa and dreams of having a home of his OWN! Sheldon is an easygoing kitty that tends to thrive best when he's the star of the show. Sheldon would make the perfect companion, always there when you need a cuddle or a good laugh. 🌟
