🐾 THE DOG'S PAW IS HIRING: Second Shift Coordinator 🐾
Are you passionate about dogs, take pride in your work, and love being part of a strong, supportive team? We’re looking for a Second Shift Coordinator to join our growing team! This position will start full time mid-August, however part time hours will be available throughout the summer.
🕒 Schedule:
4 ON / 4 OFF rotation
• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Saturdays and Sundays)
• Split shifts: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM & 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday-Friday)

About the Role:
This position plays a key role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and care of our overnight boarding dogs while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient facility.
What you’ll be doing:
• Providing attentive, compassionate care to boarding dogs (feeding, medications, monitoring wellness, let outs)
• Maintaining high cleaning and sanitation standards throughout the facility
• Preparing for the next shift with clear communication and organization
• Monitoring dog behavior and reporting any concerns
• Supporting daycare operations when needed (playgroups, transitions, etc.)
• Working both independently and collaboratively with the team
• Bring your creative ideas to the team!
