Yes, mosquitoes do bite dogs. Dogs are susceptible to mosquito bites just like humans, and these bites can be more than just a nuisance. Mosquitoes are attracted to dogs, Even with fur, mosquitoes can bite exposed areas like the belly, ears, and nose and sometimes with thick fur mosquitoes can get trapped underneath and continue biting. 😞
Besides potentially transmitting diseases, mosquito bites on dogs can cause itching, irritation, and visible welts, just as they do on humans.
