Hi ,hope you all had a great long weekend:) just wanted to share a policy i am putting into place recommended by my accountant. hope it is understandable 👍I want to add i accept as the groomer, the risk i accept, bites, infection ect ,all part of the job :)

There is a point, a sad point , that some grooms will have to change. There will be better times then others, they might have been sore or grumpy, trust me, I will always try to do the safest comfort cut i can do .

My heart hurts for the fur babies I've lost just in the last month 💔 maxxi, bella, mia, Timmy ,had them all for 15 yrs ! hits hard.
