🌊 COVE is excited to partner with OffshoreWind4Kids for the 2026 Nova Scotia Floating Wind Challenge!
We are inviting post-secondary students (18+) enrolled in a Canadian university or college to put their engineering, design, and problem-solving skills to the test by creating a floating support structure for a Vevor 500W wind turbine. This is your chance to apply your knowledge, showcase your innovation, and represent your institution on a national stage.
The challenge takes place in February 2026 in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, at RelyOn Nutec.
Teams of 3–10 students will compete, with the winning team advancing to the global competition in July 2026.
Want to learn more? Join us virtually on October 3 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. ADT for the Challenge Kickoff Information Session to get all the details, hear from industry experts, and ask your questions. Can’t make it to the information session? A recording will be available on our website.
