Dog services include: Bathing, full groom or bath and tidy, ear cleaning, nail trim, face and feet trims, sanitary trim, nail grind, de-shed package or other premium shampoo packages available as well, and more!! Cat services include: lion cuts, nail trims, nail cap applications, ear cleaning, mat removal, and brushing. Looking for a service that is not mentioned? Just ask!

🚨CANCELLATION POLICY🚨
Just a friendly heads-up for when you’re planning your summer fun with family, friends & PUPS!

Please try to book your grooming appointments in advance so they don’t clash!

Also, if you can’t make it, please give your groomer as much notice as possible, not a last-minute ‘hey we’re actually going to be away’ message the day before...

Last-minute cancellations mess with your groomers income since they miss out on filling that spot!

Late cancellations can be held liable for 100% of scheduled services if they aren’t made within the window of time outlined in our service agreement (must notify us PRIOR to 9am the day BEFORE your appointment)

📣 Why we don’t do Walk-In Services 📣
We super prioritize having a calm and safe space for both your fur kids and our groomers, and the surprise of people coming in/out can scare the bejeezus out of our dogs and staff if we aren’t expecting you!

This can lead to injuries on both ends, so for everyone’s safety & well-being, we do not accept walk-ins of any kind and kindly ask that you do not come in the salon without a scheduled appointment.

We’d love to meet your pups though, so feel free to text/call anytime and tell us all about your fur kiddos!

🚨 FLEA POLICY 🚨
Whether its 1 flea or 100 fleas, our policy is very strict in order to protect the spread of fleas to other pups in our care!

Why do we charge such a high fee?
We take fleas very seriously and in order to prevent the spread to other pups or having eggs hatched in our space, we completely stop operating as soon as a flea is found to focus on isolating the pups and disinfecting the salon.

How do you justify the cost?
#1: All grooming has to stop on all dogs, and they must be isolated in a ‘safe area’ where the dog that has fleas did not enter or interact with

#2: We have to flea bomb the salon with chemicals to kill any living fleas or eggs. The cost of this is ranged from $40-80 on our end.

#3: We then have to wait 30min for the chemicals to do their job before we can return to work

4: We also have to then contact all the clients booked for the remainder of the day and potentially reschedule them, depending on their comfort level of bringing their pups in on the same day fleas were found. This obviously results in a loss of income for all groomers working that day.

Overall, it causes a significant loss of income to everyone and the fee helps to partially compensate our groomers for their lost income & time.
