Dog services include: Bathing, full groom or bath and tidy, ear cleaning, nail trim, face and feet trims, sanitary trim, nail grind, de-shed package or other premium shampoo packages available as well, and more!! Cat services include: lion cuts, nail trims, nail cap applications, ear cleaning, mat removal, and brushing. Looking for a service that is not mentioned? Just ask!

No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy
Due to an increase in no-shows or last minute cancellations, we wanted to send out a quick reminder about our no-shows/late cancellation policy.

As a small business, our groomers rely heavily on their scheduled appointments. When a client misses a slot without giving notice, it leaves a gap in the day that cannot easily be filled. No-shows and last-minute cancellations directly impact our groomers’ personal income.

These policies are in place to help protect our team’s livelihood and ensure we can continue offering high-quality, focused care for your fur kiddos:

24-Hour Notice Required: Because we operate strictly by appointment, we require notice to be given before 9 AM the day before your scheduled visit

🚫 No-Shows & Late Cancellations: Missing your appointment or cancelling late means that 100% of the scheduled grooming services will need to be paid, as that special 1-on-1 time was set aside just for your pet and we no longer have time to fill that spot.

If you have a card on file, it will be charged in these events.

We completely understand that life happens and emergencies come up. If an emergency arises, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can work together to find a solution.
