They’ve perfected the art of companionship. They know our routines, our favourite spots on the couch, and exactly how to ask for one more treat. They’ve been there through life’s ups and downs, offering comfort, loyalty, and unconditional love — and they deserve to be celebrated every single day. ❤️

🐱🥫 THE CAT FOOD SITUATION IS GETTING SERIOUS! 🥫🐱

It seems word has gotten around that there’s good food to be had at Tails to Tell, and our furry residents have been making sure not a single bowl goes unfilled! 😂

Between new arrivals finding their way to our shelter and some tiny newcomers preparing to make their grand debut, we’re going through soft cat food faster than ever.

Our pantry could really use a little restocking, and we’re hoping our wonderful supporters can lend a paw!

🧡🐢 ROZ’S NEXT CHAPTER: IT’S HER TURN TO BE LOVED 🐢🧡

Once upon a time, there was a beautiful tortie girl named Roz who had four tiny babies depending on her for everything. And this devoted mama did what mamas do best… she loved them, cared for them, and raised them all by herself. 🥹💛

Now, at just 1½ years old, Roz’s babies have had their chapter, and it’s finally time for hers to begin.

It’s her turn to be someone’s baby. Her turn to be cherished, spoiled, and reminded every single day that she matters, too.

Roz can be a little shy when you first meet her. She needs a little time to figure out that you’re safe and that your intentions are kind. But once she lets her guard down? Oh, what a sweetheart she becomes. 💕

She loves rolling onto her back and soaking up pets from head to tail. And that gorgeous tortoiseshell coat? It’s every bit as soft as it looks. One of those coats you just want to keep petting while she relaxes beside you, finally free from the responsibilities of being a mama.

We wonder if Roz has ever really had the chance to simply be a cat. To play, to nap in a sunny spot, to ask for affection whenever she wants it, and to be loved without having to be brave for anyone else.

Now we’re hoping someone will see past her initial shyness and recognize the precious little soul waiting underneath. Someone patient enough to let her bloom, and loving enough to give her the safe, happy life she deserves. 🧡

Roz has given so much love. Isn’t it time she received a lifetime of it in return?
