To ensure I can continue to do so, this adjustment is essential for a few key reasons: * Supporting Myself: This increase helps ensure I can continue to earn a fair living wage, keeping up with the rising cost of living. This allows me to dedicate myself fully to McMutts Doggy Shop * Maintaining My Craft: It allows me to continue dedicating the ample time, care, and love that goes into every single groom, ensuring your pet always receives my best. * Quality Supplies: The cost of my premium grooming supplies has increased. This adjustment ensures I can continue using the high-quality shampoos and products you and your pets have come to expect and deserve.I understand that price changes can be challenging, but this decision has been made thoughtfully to ensure McMutts Doggy Shop can continue to thrive and provide exceptional service.Thank you for your understanding and continued loyalty. Cancellation Policy
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you do not show up for your appointment or provide sufficient notice, we will ask that you pre-pay for future appointments and charge you in full for future missed appointments. New clients will be asked to pay a deposit which is non-refundable – if you miss your appointment or do not provide sufficient notice we reserve the right to keep the deposit. We sometimes have a waiting list and if given enough notice we can fill the appointment. If you have an emergency, please let us know so that we can treat your specific situation with personal attention. We do not consider conflicts to be emergencies. This cancellation policy is necessary for our small business to continue to serve our clients in need. Please call and leave a message or text to cancel an appointment. E-mail cancellations will not be accepted. Thank you for understanding.
