REMINDER!!!!!

We wanted to remind all our clients that the last day to order through our clinic is this Wednesday June 3. Any orders from that point on , until closing day will have to be put through Carstairs .

What that means for you ...... If you need anything after June 3 , please give us a call and we will get it ordered for you through the Carstairs office and we'll have it brought to Cremona for you... this just means that there may not be an option to receive your items the very next day !

Good morning everyone, our phone and internet services are out again today! If you need to get a hold of us please call the clinic and leave a message as we are able to check our email voicemail transcriptions periodically through our personal phones. You may also choose to leave us a Facebook message or stop into the clinic and we will do our best to assist you!!!

As many of you already know, there are some major changes coming for our clinic and we have some pretty big news to share.

To continue providing the very best care for your furry friends, Cremona Veterinary Clinic is joining forces with Carstairs Veterinary Clinic.

Starting June 11, 2026, clinic services will be moved to our new location at Carstairs Veterinary Clinic.

A Heartfelt Thank You.......
Before we begin this new chapter, we want to express our deepest gratitude to you, our clients. It has been a true privilege for many years at the Cremona Veterinary Clinic to care for your pets and be a part of your lives. We are incredibly grateful for your years of loyalty, trust, and support—it is because of this amazing community that we are able to take this next step to enhance our care. Although we are all very sad to be leaving our charming little clinic in the country, we are excited for the new adventure that awaits!

While our address is changing, the heart of our practice will remain the same. You'll still see those familiar faces you know and trust. Dr. Carmen, our amazing veterinarian, Veterinary Technician Meaghan and Receptionist/TA Kennedy, will all be ready to welcome you in Carstairs and hopefully help to make the transition smooth and comfortable for you and your pets!

What You Need to Know:
Final Day in Cremona: June 11, 2026.
New Location: 901B AB-2A, Carstairs, AB T0M 0N0.
Medical Records: These will be securely and automatically transferred to Carstairs.
Food & Meds: Continue ordering through Cremona until June 3, 2026. If you need special order medication, or food after that, please contact the clinic and we will arrange this through the Carstairs office! Don't worry, we've got you covered!

Enjoy Extended Weekday Hours and Weekend Hours in Carstairs! We know that this will be especially helpful for our clients who can't make weekday appointments work very well with their schedule!
