Our secret weapon for life with pets.

Pets are messy. That's not a complaint, it's just a fact.
EZ-Clean is our go-to at the shop, it's what we use at home, and we reach for it every single time - which, with pets around, is a lot.

Unlike traditional cleaners that simply mask odours, EZ-Clean is a bio-enzymatic cleaner. It uses beneficial bacteria and enzymes to break down the organic material causing the smell at the source. Urine, vomit, f***s, drool, sweat, and other pet messes are literally broken down instead of covered up with perfume.

That's also why it works so well on stains. The enzymes target and break apart the proteins, fats, and organic compounds that create stubborn stains, removing them completely rather than just cleaning the surface.

Safe and non-toxic, it can even be sprayed directly on your pet - and it's the best skunk odour remover we've ever found.

Big news for raw feeders 🐾

The Big Country Raw Blend lineup just got a major upgrade - all three Blends are now complete and balanced for adult dogs.

That means no more supplementing. No guesswork. Just thaw and serve.

What changed:
➡️ added vitamins and minerals
➡️ pork heart to round out the poultry-forward recipes
➡️ full AAFCO adult maintenance compliance.
The things you already loved - simple ingredients, protein-rich recipes, flexible feeding - all still there.

We do have to give a personal shoutout to the Turkey, Salmon & Lamb Blend. It's a favourite at our house 🙋

We recognize that on some occasions after-hours veterinary care will not be readily available in Cranbrook, and we want to ensure clients have the opportunity to seek care before it becomes an emergency. We ask that if you have difficulty travelling with your pet outside of Cranbrook, please consider developing an emergency preparedness plan for travel on weekends when veterinary care is not in your area.
*Please note that for large animal emergencies, call 250-489-1655 and follow the telephone prompts for LARGE ANIMAL care. Large animal after-hours service may differ from the above posted clinic, and you will be directed accordingly.

At Tanglefoot, we reserve a limited number of urgent care appointments every day, including Saturdays, for critical cases. Please be aware that these appointments, fill quickly and we may not be able to accommodate all appointments.
