We recognize that on some occasions after-hours veterinary care will not be readily available in Cranbrook, and we want to ensure clients have the opportunity to seek care before it becomes an emergency. We ask that if you have difficulty travelling with your pet outside of Cranbrook, please consider developing an emergency preparedness plan for travel on weekends when veterinary care is not in your area.
*Please note that for large animal emergencies, call 250-489-1655 and follow the telephone prompts for LARGE ANIMAL care. Large animal after-hours service may differ from the above posted clinic, and you will be directed accordingly.

At Tanglefoot, we reserve a limited number of urgent care appointments every day, including Saturdays, for critical cases. Please be aware that these appointments, especially on Saturdays, fill quickly and we may not be able to accommodate all appointments.

HAPPY ONE YEAR WORK ANNIVERSARY, KELLY!
Kelly has been with us since the very beginning, first as a loyal customer back in 2009, always brightening the day every time she stopped in. So when she dropped off a resume last year, the whole team was thrilled. Emily came to the back and said, “Steph… Kelly applied. We have to hire her. She’s the nicest person ever.” I agreed instantly and did a little happy dance.

Her interview was basically me telling her she already had the job. Over the years, she’d shown us exactly who she is and how perfectly she reflects our values of connection, warmth, and trust.

Kelly, thank you for an amazing first year. We’re so grateful you’re part of our little shop and hope we get to celebrate many more with you.
