To my dear and loyal customers,

I have some unfortunate news to share with you today. Starting October 2nd 2022, PetValu will be changing its grooming structure within its stores. As a result of these changes, grooming services will be halted at the Cranbrook PetValu location for the foreseeable future. As of right now, the timeline is unclear as to when grooming services may return to this store.

Following October 2nd, I will no longer be providing grooming services, but will remain in store as a full-time sales associate and I will be happy to continue to help you find the best grooming supplies for your pet’s individual needs. I realize that these changes seem sudden and I apologize for any and all inconvenience that this has caused you.

It has been my absolute honour and pleasure to get to know you and your pets over the last two years. You all have helped me gain new skills and confidence in grooming and I’m so grateful for your continued patience and support during this transitional period. Please feel free to message me on here or call the store at (250)426-1156 if you have any further questions or concerns regarding these new changes.

This rambunctious scamp is Bo the springer spaniel! His outdoor adventures were causing twigs and grass to get stuck in his feathers so his mom and I decided to trim them off for now and let them grow back for winter time!

This sweet senior dog is Helo the Sheltie! He came in for a bath and a trim last week and he had so much excess shed trapped in his coat! It must have been so hot! 🥵 He looks so much lighter and cooler now! ☺️☺️
