After only two years of being at our new farm on Coleman Rd, and despite all the work we put into establishing it for the long term, we unfortunately have had no other option than to move again.
This time will be different though. Instead of finding another property to lease and moving our farm and business for the fourth time, we will be moving to our very own farm!
It’ll be a place where we can set down permanent roots and work the land for ourselves instead of someone else. A place where the hard work we put in we can keep and watch grow. And a place I can finally plant a perennial garden and enjoy it for years to come.
This place is in Nova Scotia, where we have purchased a 31 acre farm!
It comes with a beautifully renovated old farmhouse along with fenced pastures, a forest, a babbling brook and only four minutes away from the ocean.
It is a place full of opportunities and an ideal place to raise our growing family.
We are incredibly thankful that we have been able to farm on Vancouver Island for six years. And incredibly thankful for our amazing regular clients and new clients.
We are ending operations here at the end of March and moving in April to be able to get a start on sowing seeds and tapping into the summer market on the East coast.
Please come by the Farmstore so we can say goodbye! Our new hours are Friday to Sunday 11-5 pm.
Our true farming journey is just beginning.
Thankyou Comox Valley for six incredible years of support.
