We just had a very scary situation happen.
Timber knocked the cat treat container off the counter in the kitchen, and the lid came off.
Of course he had to stick his bead in the container and get his head stuck.
Bob heard a thrashing noise and went to check it out.
Timber was struggling to get his head out of the container, he was trying to breathe and he was sucking the sides in on the container.
Bob held him while I pushed the end of a pair of scissors at the base and starting cutting, that container does not cut easy.
Timber has his face buried in the kibbles, I kept cutting with the scissors and pulling the kibbles out as Bob ran out to the shop to get side cutters to cut the rest of the container off his neck.
Next time I buy these treats as the cats love them, they will be put into a container that a cat cannot get their head stuck in.
Timber is fine as we got to him right away.
