For frog lovers in the community, it’s an interesting read.

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT - PLEASE SHARE! 🥳

The day is finally here! We've been diligently working with Dr. Matt Gray and Dr. Danielle Galvin with the Healthy Trade Institute (https://healthytrade.org/). In the past several months, we've performed over 2,500 tests and worked closely with the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to enter into an official state quarantine. (https://www.michigan.gov/mdard)
As of this Tuesday, our Tree Frog and Toad department has been officially cleared. Except for a specific quarantine area where animals are awaiting a 2nd negative test, all of these animals have had 2 negative chytrid tests, and MDARD has lifted all quarantine requirements for those animals. We've begun to offer those animals for sale.

From here on out, expect more animals to become available in the next several weeks. We expect Pacmans, Budgett’s, and other 'fat frogs' to be next, followed by dart frogs once they get their final negative test result and MDARD clears them for sale. We're just starting to get back to breeding, so keep an eye on social media channels for updates and sign up to get notified when animals are available.

This is the first in a series of updates as we come out of this. We've been humbled by the public support we've received, and the assistance from scientists and the research community (notably the University of Tennessee, University of Washington, and University of Michigan). We've learned a lot, and we're excited to share what we've learned with you, as we get back to business and continue to offer healthy, captive-bred reptiles and amphibians.
