🎉 New booking feature: our online waitlist is now live!
Have you ever tried to book an appointment, only to find that the schedule is already full for weeks? We know that can be frustrating, especially when your dog is ready for a groom sooner rather than later.
Good news: you can now add yourself to our online waitlist. If an appointment opens up because someone cancels or reschedules, our booking system can send you a text or email notification so you have a chance to book the spot.
This brand-new feature, is a little easy to miss. Here’s how to find it:
🧭 How to join the waitlist:
1️⃣ Go to our website and click **Book Now** like usual.
2️⃣ Choose the service you are looking for.
3️⃣ When you reach the calendar page with available dates and times, scroll all the way down to the very bottom.
4️⃣ Click **Join Waitlist** and follow the prompts.
That’s it! You’ll be added to the waitlist for the service you selected, and if a suitable appointment opens up, you’ll be notified.
We hope this makes it easier to find an appointment when the schedule is full. 🐾
